Is the layout kept?
LibreOffice does the conversion, so fonts, tables and images survive. A PDF built from a scan holds no text, and no converter can invent it.
Does it cost anything?

How long is the file kept?
An hour after the job finishes, then it is deleted. The row stays in History so you can run it again.
